The Construction Lien Act has been finally been amended, and this means great news for suppliers, materialmans’, and subcontractors who have been waiting since the 80’s to allow creditors more time to file the proper paperwork need to perfect a Lien and preserve rights on any jobs they may have going on in Ontario.
